In the ancient practice of Qi Gong, our Being is described as three distinct, but interconnected, energy centers:

Actions: Known as the “dantian” in Qi Gong and the “root chakra” in other traditions, this is the center of creative power, charisma, and action.
A balanced life is the direct, natural result of these three levels operating in energetic harmony. Likewise, any disharmony in our life can be traced to an energetic imbalance.
Through Life Design Counseling, we’ll work together to bring different aspects of your life into balance. As a Visual Medium, I connect with your energy and receive detailed messages. These images are used as catalysts for insight into your question or issue. Dynamic changes are engaged to help bring emotional and mental clarity, which engender harmony in body, mind and spirit.
Through this process you will also learn to trust and communicate with your own inner knowing and intuition, as well as your guides. These are skills you will use to continue to develop your own dynamic creative harmony with life.
